Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and missed sessions are handled for services provided by JB Performance Consulting.

This policy should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions.

2. General Refund Principles

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase

• completed Services are non-refundable
• missed sessions are non-refundable
• refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with outcomes

3. One-to-One Sessions

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Unless otherwise stated

• sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
• missed sessions are not refunded
• late arrival may result in a shortened session without refund

4. Packages and Prepaid Sessions

If session packages or prepaid services are offered

• unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• sessions must be used within any stated timeframe (if applicable)

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In limited cases, refund requests may be considered due to exceptional circumstances.

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of JB Performance Consulting and do not set a precedent.
